Struggle in New York.
Background
The segment was filmed in October or November 1976 and features members of the New York (Provisional) Art & Language group in a semi-improvised performance similar to 
Nine Gross and Conspicuous Errors. It was filmed at the New York studio of sculptor John Chamberlain, father of drummer Jesse Chamberlain, on 76 Vestry Street.
