Discipline
Lyrics
Stand to attention! Stand to attention! Stand to attention! I said, stand to attention!
Stand to attention, down with all levels Promise to purge recidivist devils Been some movements into Eastern Europe Go together like pancakes and syrup Pancakes and syrup
Rantings and raving of lunatics Go together like 'poli—' and '—tics' Mopping up is an occupation Mopping up is an occupation Mopping up is an occupation Mopping up is an occupation Discipline conquers hesitation Discipline conquers hesitation Discipline conquers hesitation
Might makes right! Might makes right! Might makes right!

The thing about "Discipline" was it was as much about playing within the discipline of 5/4 — as opposed to playing in 4/4. Y'know, [mimics the rhythm] — that time requires a certain amount of discipline. And the liberties within that space, within that time signature impose certain conditions. The disciplines and the rigors of working in a studio, the disciplines and the rigors of, y'know, like of life and these kind of noises. Personally, I think the world is a fairly — can be a fairly confusing place to live in and to try and sort your way though certain kinds of things can be sometimes a daunting task.
